Deck shoes sizing is very poor. I ordered size 7 and expected shoes that would be tight at first and then stretch as deck shoes always do. The shoes are way too big and fit my sons size 9 feet comfortably. Shoes which are 3 sizes out is poor. Quality and price are good.

Item ordered was fundamentally different from the one that arrived. JW said that items sent can vary from the one ordered and that I would need to pay to return it.

After a recent poor customer service experience in which I’d returned a faulty bikini set and they would only credit me to which I accepted however refused to credit me for the matching bottoms…. Rude when asking what was suggested I do with them, no suggestion of trying to locate another matching top and apparently aren’t making phone calls when asked for a manager to contact me!!
Obvs won’t be shopping with this poor serviced brand again! Very disappointed as we are low on good quality British brands

I ordered with you on a Friday afternoon and paid next day postage at a cost of £7.99, with expected delivery on the Saturday as you stated all orders placed before 8pm would allow for next day. I never received the package on Saturday, in fact I received the package today which is Wednesday 4 days after the expected next day delivery I paid for! You blamed the courier but my tracking says they didn’t receive the package till Monday. Not a great service at all, if you can’t deliver the next day service then don’t advertise it!

I ordered some mens swim shorts that were no good. Requested them to be returned. EVRI the courier never showed up to collect the parcel and instead I received a 'collected successfully' email from them at 17.33. I still have the returns package on my desk at home waiting for. It to be collected.

Ordered a pair of shoes, when they arrived, I opened the box and there was only one shoe. Such a simple thing to avoid if any care was put into the process.

Bought this hat as we have been having quite a lot of warm weather lately. It comes in handy and I brought it along with me on holiday. It’s nice quality material and quite a battering of high temperatures and sun cream as been thrown at it all from daily use but still looks new as ever.

Although our order arrived promptly, on opening up the parcel the T-shirts were very large. I have purchased this size before and they have fitted perfectly but these were much bigger than the size chart on the website.
A costly mistake as I have paid two lots of postage for nothing.
